Insurance Please bring your current card to each visit. We will file most any insurance policy for you, but it is your responsibility to know your benefits on your specific policy. We provide the same treatment to each child regardless of insurance type. Any services not covered by your policy will be your responsibility Copayments All co-payments will be required before you child is seen. We accept cash, check and all major credit cards. Prescription Refills All refill requests should be called in 24hrs in advance. Your child must attend all regular recheck appointments to receive refills. |
